​*Acharya Samvitti Devi has been working with the energy of kundalini for 25 years, and has been studying with her teacher, Swami Khecaranatha for 15 years. After a three year training period she was initiated as an Acharya (teacher) within the Trikashala tantric lineage by herteacher. Samvitti is also completing her dissertation in Jungian and Archetypal psychology,focusing on how experiences of kundalini impact pyscho-spiritual transformation.

**The Trika Shala practice of Kundalini focuses on the raising of the kundalini from the chakraat the base of the spine to and beyond the chakra at the crown of the head, which awakens a powerful transformative process. Kundalini has the capacity to wash away our deepest tensions,to expand the flow of creative energy and consciousness within us, and to eliminate ourmisunderstandings about our true nature.
